Accessibility
Unfortunately, due to the old building, we are not wheelchair accessible. There are several steps located throughout the restaurant as well as to access the toilets & entrance. We also have low ceilings in some areas.
Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcomed into our restaurant, please add to your booking details if you intend on bringing your furry friend so we can allocate tables accordingly.
Children
If you are bringing children or babies, please let us know in advance.
We offer children’s menus, if requested, up to the age of 8.
We do have baby changing facilities, but only a very limited number of highchairs, these will be given on a first come, first served bases.
If you require space for a pushchair next to your table, let us know.
Dietary requirements
Everything is prepared fresh each day in limited quantities, so some dishes may sell out throughout the day.
Please state in your booking if you would like us to cater to vegetarian or gluten free diets to ensure we have enough of these options available.
If you wish to discuss other dietary requirements please get in touch
Cancellation policy
Card details are needed to confirm a reservation, without them we cannot guarantee a table.
£25 per person is charged for a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you fail to show up for the reservation.
If there is a change to your party size, please notify us immediately; £15 per person will be charged for a no-show of a member of your party unless you inform us before your table time.
Whilst we accept that there will be occasions when notice cannot be given, there are no exceptions to this policy.
Unfortunately, our experience of parties failing to cancel or amend bookings, which has a huge impact on us as a small business, has made these precautions necessary.
